The term “Delivery” refers to delivery or rendering of services.

The services provided by Cont Consulting are intended exclusively for legal entities and other entities carrying out business activities, based on service agreements / collaboration agreements concluded in advance with our company.

The services provided are professional in nature and may include, depending on the agreement concluded with each client, accounting, payroll, tax advisory, financial reporting and other related services.

We do not sell physical products; therefore, there is no delivery by courier, postal service or any other transportation method.

Services are provided on an ongoing basis throughout the term of the agreement, in accordance with the obligations, deadlines and conditions established in the agreement concluded with each client.

Invoices are generally issued on a monthly basis for services provided or relating to the relevant contractual period.

Online card payment represents solely a method of settling invoices issued under the existing agreement between the client and Cont Consulting. Making a payment through the payment link does not constitute the placement of a new order and does not amend the terms of the existing service agreement.

The services shall be deemed provided in accordance with the contractual provisions applicable to each client and the documents issued by Cont Consulting.
